Migration of Safeguard-Pay domains to Deel.com

As part of our integration with Deel, we will be updating our systems and branding on Saturday, October 4, 2025. These updates will affect the applications you use, along with certain email addresses. To complete this work, our systems will be temporarily unavailable for most of the day. We have scheduled this downtime on a weekend to reduce disruption as much as possible.

What’s Changing

The applications you use will move to new Deel-branded URLs:

●  Please note this is a URL change only, you will not be required to update
      your keys.
●  If you are using SFTP for file transfer, please share these details with your
      IT/Integration teams so they can update any connected systems such as
      Workday or others.

Single Sign-On (SSO) Users

If your organization uses SSO to access our applications, our Application Support Team
will contact your IT team directly to ensure the integration is updated to the new URLs.

What to Expect

   ● Date: Saturday, October 4, 2025
   ● Impact: All applications will be offline for most of the day during the transition
         window.
        About this change: This is a mandatory update that applies to all systems.
 

After the Change

     ● Your applications will be accessible via the new URLs.
     ● All existing data will remain intact, stored in the same data centers, under the
           same security and compliance standards as today.
     ● No changes to functionality—just updated branding and URLs.
